                              The Macao Senior Professionals Program aims to bring in professionals who can support the development of cultural, sports and other industries, and who are capable of working in the fields ofPeople with professional experience and technical skills in the following specialized fields:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                                  Applicants participating in the Senior Professionals SchemeRequired:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                                  • Spanish, Mongolian, Arabic, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Burmese, Thai and Korean or similar disciplinesBachelor's degree or higher<\/strong>and with a specialized scopeNot less than two years of work experience<\/strong>or with other disciplines<\/strong>Bachelor's degree or higher with not less than four years of work experience in the field of specialization referred to in the preceding paragraph;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                                  • Achievement of 300 points out of a total of 300 points according to the established marking scheme150 points.<\/strong>Score;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                                  • Be employed by a local employer or undertake to employ the applicant within ninety days from the date on which the decision on the residence permit takes effect, in a professional position listed in the scheme for which there is a shortage of human resources;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                                  • The level of remuneration referred to in the preceding paragraph for employment in a professional position must reach MOP$ per annum.Three hundred and sixty thousand dollars.<\/strong>If the applicant holds a bachelor's degree awarded by a Macao institution ranked among the top 500 institutions in the Credible World University Rankings (CWUR) according to item 6.6 of the Points Scale and has attained a Graduate Point Average (GPA) of3.6 points<\/strong>A Master's Degree or a Master's Degree with a Graduate Grade Point Average (GPA) of3.7 points<\/strong>In the case of those who are appointed to a professional position, the remuneration level referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be MOP$1,000 per year.Three hundred thousand dollars.<\/strong>The above remuneration is calculated on the basis of total annual pre-tax compensation, regardless of the name of the payment, the form of payment or the method of calculation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
